First you need to see if you are even eligible for Express Entry with 67 points. You need education assessed and language tests completed. From there your need to look into Red Seal or provincial licensing to be eligible for Foreign Trades stream.
For the FST pathway, you need to be eligible (67 points) and you need either a job offer or have your provincial certificate of qualifaction (license). Have you even read the requirements.
You either need an LMIA supported job offer or you need to be certified in this trade in Canada (e.g. red seal). There's really no way for you to do this from outside of Canada. You would need to be working / living in Canada.
