It is as good as an LMO.
When did you applied? We got our credit card charged on may 5th, and received PER on May14th.

Thank you very much for your reply. My application was reached in CIO on 30th April, 2014 at 10:30 AM. I am waiting for PER. I don,t know about my DD is en-cashed or not.
What about you that When did you applied?

How am I check when my application reached at CIO, Nova Scotia ? Actually my consultant has sent my docs to CIO and I am provided courier docket no. But I don't know the right way to track it.

Other then it, as per my knowledge for FSTP you need either LMIA (LMO) or credential check letter by any of credential check body of Canadian Govt. (e.g. WES, Alberta Apprenticeship Council etc) along with full time job offer letter from 2 Canadian employer. So who are waiting for LMO, should go for their credential letter. If I am mistaken then do correct me.

Canadian Govt. not issuing LMO since long time as I heard. This program is very confusing and mysterious for the applicants. and also Govt. is not looking keen to run this program this year as they seem to be more interested to make Express Entry successful.

I wish luck to all FSTP applicants here. May Govt. start proceedings for FSTP ASAP.
