Federal skill worker who were in backlog processing fee refund.

Dear seniors,
I would like to ask that i am feb 2007 FSW applicant. My consultant Star consultant demanded me to pay Rs.1100.
This Rs.1100 corrier charges to refund processing fee.
I paid him .But,he did not refund my fee, now, he is demading more Rs.3ooo as corrier charges.
So, what should i do? please, provide me consultation in this regard.
The consultant name is Mr.Ahan, and his firm name is STAR consultant in karachi Near Baluch Coloney
Rukhsana building, Beware.
Plz reply.

Drop email to CIC , download fee return form from their web page , and email them on following address; FSWFeeReturn@cic.gc.ca

They will mail you DD directly .

In address section write your home mailing address and not consultant's address. Do you know if your consultant had already asked for refund and sent this form already?
