Hello,

My application was received at the CIO office on the 7-may-2012 according to the courier tracking system and it is stated on the cic website that the cap was reached on the 8th may-2012.

Is there anyway I can confirm if my application made it in before the cap was reached?

If I didn't make it before the cap, any ideas what will happen to my application?

was ur application with or without offer of arraged emp....incase u dnt have offer most likely the application will be returned to you which may take 2/3 months....

incase ur appl is within the cap then u will receive PER(acknowledgment) in 3 weeks or more depending on ur NOC

I'm sorry to say but your chances of making in global cap seems bleak considering the fact they don't update the cap count daily.

My app (with AEO) arrived May 4 and May 11 they charged my credit card with the fees. So I would guess that if you don't see the fee charged after a week or two, then it probably didn't make it in. I think they return the entire application to you without processing the fee, from what I see on the forums/instructions.
