Good afternoon everyone!

I am writing to hear your opinion on my situation with respect to Express Entry requirements:

IN CANADA WORK EXP:
I currently have 22 months experience in Canada with NOC 0124,
and 10 months in Canada under NOC 5226. (both are over 3 years ago)

FOREIGN WORK EXP:
I also have 2-3 years experience outside of Canada in 5226. (with experience letters)

LANGUAGE:
With CLB 10+ in all 4 categories my score isnt low.

I wanted advice on which category suits me best.

cheers,

doesn't really matter, you input your details, the system determines what you get invited under if you get an ITA. We don't get to choose our category.

Thanks PurpleSnow. (cool user name btw)

Now, do we need to show pay slips for all the experience outside of Canada or will letters of recommendation suffice?

regards!

You may not be eligible under CEC

"have at least 12 months of full-time (or an equal amount in part-time) skilled work experience in Canada in the three years before you apply"

Please see: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/cec/apply-who.asp

Which is not a problem, as long as I qualify for FSW. Your thoughts on the FSW qualification?

regards
Considering that you might not qualify for CEC, you should be ok with the FSW.. I would recommend using a CRS simulator to check your eligibility and score. Keep in mind that every work experience claimed has to be provided with proof when applying (reference letters, etc). Hope that helps. There are sure more experienced members here, so here are just my personal thoughts.

Yes thanks - I wil have the reference letters for all 3 years under NOC 5226.
I would still apply with 0124 as my Primary NOC.

Do you forsee any issues there?
cheers

Thanks JES_ON, I am going to use this as a reference tool and get my past employers to provide me with the reference letters accordingly.
Some may need edits but I will get that done.

As for in Canada reference letters, does it matter that these letters are 1year oldÉ
