Federal process after CSQ- Malaysia

Hi,
I am intending to apply for federal soon after receiving the police certificates. On my CSQ, its written tht i should submit my application to Canada embassy in Kuala Lumpur since i am currently living in Malaysia. I tried accessing the visa office instruction (pdf format) but its not opening properly. So i don't know really what documents i have to submit with my application. Furthermore, they r asking only 5 photographs unlike some of the other CIC office. Anyone applied to KL embassy?

I am also a foreigner in Malaysia - since I am here for more than 3 yrs, I have submitted to docs to KL office in Mar 2011. I did my medicals in June 2011.

Could you share your experience on the following please:

1. How long did they take after medicals to request for PP? Was PP request sent over post or email?

2. Did they take only about 5 working days to return the PP with visa stamping? Did you submit in person and did they tell you when to come over to collect it back?

I am waiting for a response from them after my medicals in June 2011.

Hi everybody
We are living in Malaysia, we received our CSQ in october 2012 and send all the documents to Sydney, Canada.
We received our Federal FN, and they mentioned in the email that they will send our application for the desired VO( It was KL VO in the CSQ).
As I know the KL VO is closed and they will forward it for SGVO.
Now, when I check the application status in CIC, it shows "Application Received" and it has not changed during last 2 or 3 weeks.
Do you know what does it mean and when the SGVO is going to contact us?
