Federal PR to Quebec

Hello all,

I am having Federal PR and currently in Toronto. I wanted to migrate to Montreal. Am i legally eligible to migrate to Quebec. or should I apply for CSQ.

If I move to Montreal with Federal PR, am I eligible for Canadian Citizenship ?

Once you are PR, you are free to move to any province of CANADA and to settle there. You do not need to have a CSQ in QUEBEC as you are already a PR of CANADA.

And you are eligible to apply for CANADIAN Citizenship if you will fulfill the residency requirements to stay in CANADA.

I came from Express Entry (Federal). CEC Catagory
