Hi, my wife sent her federal police clearence to the canadian embassy in mexico. she sent the finger prints, photographs and passport photocopies on march 17 2010. We havent heard from received or heard from them at all until now. We were suppost to take this police certificates to immigration here but we don't have them. does anybody had this situation before? what should we do.

I am sponsoring my husband (outland) and dealing with the Embassy in Mexico City as well. They sent him an email saying the mailed him the request for the Police Clearance on MARCH 25TH! He still hasnt received it! My question is, are you sponsoring outland as well, and if so, how long did it take for the mail to reach your wife?
I am so stressed!
