Can any one solve my querry ?

If a person get through the Federal Skilled Worker system and obtains the VISA, can he land directly in QUEBEC region and work there in any of the company where he can show his skills and experience ?

In my personel opinion it is not possible to work in quebec without a CSQ i am not sure about it...

If you have PR visa that is obtained through FSW program, You cand live and work anywhere in Canada including Quebec. But if you have PR visa that is obtained through QSW program, you can only live and work in Quebec province only (for some initial years I guess). CMIIW

Federal Skilled Worker category is for applicants intending to reside in Canada except Quebec. So, in my opinion, an applicant under Federal Skilled Worker category should land, work and reside in any province of Canada other than Quebec.

Do you know what is the process to move to quebec once you migrated via express entry under federal skilled worker program? Can a person move to quebec if he/she has a job offer in hand? Please help.

You can land in another province and then move to Quebec.

Is that legal? If that would have been legal, why would they have separate process for people who want to migrate to Quebec? WDYT? Can you share some references? some Govt. website URLs would do.
