Hello, we have recently denied from federal court for my husband sponsorship. In 2002 my husband was student visa in Canada and he apply for refugee status then he abondoned it due her mother has terminal illness. I meet him in 2008 through my ex boyfriend. We lost contact after 2011. We got married in October 2011, sponsor him in 2012, got denied in 2013...went to adr until for federal court. My question is can We apply again and do you think it will have the same file number. Please help us what is the best avenue to do this.Thank you.

If you apply again it might not have the same the file number but for sure, they can see the whole previous story.
in your previous ADR and federal court hearing were your epresented by a qualified Lawyer?if not I would advise you to take one, he would be the best option.are you applying Inland or outland(is your husband here or abroad)?

You can and should re-apply, however, you must address and correct the original reasons for refusal if you wish to succeed this time around. Failure to do this, will just result in another refusal.
