Hi

I appeal on immigration status refusal of work permit restoration to the federal court and has been dismissed , what should I do ? I'm inside Canada , and im married to Canadian girl , can I apply to federal court of appeal or h&c , or what ? I'm stressed very bad plz somebody help me.

Wow, for such a stressful case you didn't provide that much detail.

1) Why were you refused a work permit restoration?
2) What happened at court?
3) You can apply for H&C, especially if you have been here for a long time and have established connections to Canada, such as property, wife, children.

You should retain professional help. I presume since you went to Federal Court that you already have a lawyer.

I did not provide any lawyer , I appeal by myself as I had all the proove , ok letter from immigration say
Officer take in consideration this factors
No family ties
No money ties
No work ties

I have my gf that I live with for a year she s my wife now to proove our genuine relationship , I had job offer that I apply with approval lmo and contract in the period given for restoration and I paid 350 dollars for it.witch I did all in right things.

I appeal appeal is dismissed , I live Edmonton AB

I ll try with h&c but it's not right ? Why they dismissed my case , I been here 5 years and I was renewing my work permit each time , after 5 years the person normally without this crappy law are or is citizenship not only permanent resident , you came to Canada admissible and after 5 years inadmissible , I never saw that in my life .

apply for spouse sponsorship (inland) and thats the best option for u. rest are time and money wasting
