Hi mirmukaramali

What is mentioned in this letter. I remember you had a CJ hearing in Nov. Did the CJ respond back to you with the result of the interview?

Well,
i was approved by cj,but minister of citizenship and immigration appeal in federal court.
The citizenship judge made a mistake approving your application,if you wish to oppose a appeal please do it at federal court.
in this case iam a respondent.

wish me luck.

What are the facts of you case? Did the CJ approve you on 1095 days basis or the common law residency test?

Yes, what are the facts against you ? did you loose your passport ? what made them go that far in questionning your application ?

This might be too personal, but a small description of the situation can help other applicants find answers!

As for your case, you can appeal or reapply !

So everyone agrees you were short only 5 days or is CIC contesting that? If you were only short 5 days and the judge thinks you meet one of the common law residency tests, I think it would be difficult for CIC to prevail in court. The judge has the discretion to apply one of those tests. Obviously, you are going to need experienced counsel here.
