Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) Certificate with Fingerprints

I send my application ( Mine + Spouse) to FBI. Its received by June 05, 2015. almost seven weeks passed. I didn't hear any news later from FBI; clarification, objection, etc.. but till date they even has not charged my credit card for fee as well.

Is some out-land guy has experience with FBI certificate please guide me? My visa office requested me to submit RBI report till September 11, 2015 (60 Days Cutoff).

The problem is that as soon as you obtain this document you need to apostille it or legalize it in Washington DC. it depends on country of using.
I did the apostille in WDC via this Company: "apostille-legalization.com"

Where did you hear that?

The original FBI IHSR is sufficient and does NOT need to be sent to The U.S. State Department for an apostille.

I have not provided my US mailing / residence address in application bcz I don't have that. whether FBI will send me the report on overseas address? which is Abu Dhabi, UAE.

I called FBI today and they said, will be delivered in one week. After the call they charged my credit card for fee.

I live in Abu Dhabi and I need to obtain the FBI certificate. How can I fill the fingerprint card? I went to 2 police stations in Abu Dhabi and no one knew anything about this? Also, how did you pay for the service using a credit card? Thanks
