Federal application for QUEBEC workers from Buffalo, USA

ittech, my application was received on Sept 7, 2010 and the draft as encashed on Nov. 4, 2010.

Anyways, I have some news. I had sent my RPRF draft on June 30 and my bank just informed me that it was encashed on July 8. Does this mean anything? When all of you submitted your RPRF did they encash right away or will they keep it outstanding till the application is almost done? I ask because I thought the RPRF is only for those whose application is approved?...or do they encash everyones, and then reimburse those whose application gets rejected? Any idea?

I finally got my CAIPS today, I was wondering if anyone knows what WC STATUS ** WC TYPE ** stand for? My notes say bf'd date is in September and so the wait continues....

Thank you guys I a bit doubt about that, for example, if you are Quebec selected, and you are not in Canada then you must choose Montreal Airport for landing instead of Vancouver or Toronto? Sometime it will be complicated if you depart from Asia. I think if you are currently living in Quebec then you can land anywhere in Canada.

same with me, even my address is no more visible in e-cas and something has changed in the screen
No Idea wats going on !

Also, they received my new baby's forms on 10th-June. On 21st I send them an e-mail for confirmation and requesting baby's medical forms. They replied that they have already sent it, but I have not recd. any thing yet. Any idea if they will send medical forms to my India address.

I sent them another mail telling i haven't recd. anything yet, Now they are not even replying to my mail.

Any comments !

Some people on another forum say that if you address disappears, it means somebody is looking over your case. This kind of disappearance may happen several times during your application. I think it's a good sign.

It happened to mine too. May be they are installing a new computer system. Because our time line are similar. Can someone check their ecas to make sure it happens to everybody?

That's good to know!! As for me, I wasn't able to access eCAS using Client ID till about a month now. Now I can but my address is gone as well since that moment...

so..... I really don't know what you're saying about changing in case is true or not since we have almost the same timeline but wait and see....Anyway we will never know until someone get something ( maybe email) from Buffalo...

Some folks out there seem really pissed off , and (I would say) rightly so. How can a Buenos aires guy get a visa within a year , while indians have to wait for almost 4 years ?? Something is wrong here ... ! But, what can we do .?? We have to wait , don't we ?

hi guys i have a question for you please

actually my worker permit expire today i sent 2 weeks ago to Vegreville in alberta an application to change my status from worker to visitor in order to keep a legal status here in Canada while waiting an answer for my residence permanent application from Buffalo.

I called today CIC center, they told that during my pending process i have what we say in french STATUT IMPLICITE which means i can stay in Canada legaly until I will get a response from CIC CANADA but for my residence permanent in Buffalo I have to contact them for my case

i sent yesterday an email with bank receipt and post canada receipt attached to Buffalo hoping to hear a good news

Do you know someone who was in the same situation than me,could BUFFALO deny my RP application,should i worry about that
