Federal application for QUEBEC workers from Buffalo, USA

Yes and no, . I arrived in 2010 with an open work permit (WHV), looked for a job, (twice actually), chose the right one, applied for QSW-CSQ in November 2010, then, with this employer I took the young professional visa with the new job offer in 2011, then got my CSQ in October 2011, applied for federal straight away, nand renewed young professional visa in July this year, cost me 150$, but can't use it up, because PR came earlier than expected. Also, I sent my RPRF with initial app, and sent RCMP fingerprint before being asked, all this might had some effect, who knows....

yes ndvo nowdays request passport along with medical since july last my passport in chc newdelhi ,,,.. no job offer got csq as a skilled worker

My timelines are similar to yours. I submitted my Federal application alongwith my CSQ on April 23rd and my medicals in June. My status says "Application Received" and I have two lines stating that my application was received and that my medical results have been received.

I am currently in Dubai so I have not sent my passport to them and have not got the passport request yet.

Have you heard anything yet?

My timelines are similar to yours. I submitted my Federal application alongwith my CSQ on April 23rd and my medicals in June. My status says "Application Received" and I have two lines stating that my application was received and that my medical results have been received.

I am currently in Dubai so I have not sent my passport to them and have not got the passport request yet.

I have a question regarding new born. Does anyone know the procedure when a CSQ holder gets a baby in the USA (before and after getting the PR)?

Do we have to apply for his CSQ as well and then apply for his federal? How does it work, please?

I think i am getting confused with the timelines as it is hard to distinguish if the members who post are Inland or outland, so i created a new thread for 'Federal Outland Applicants from Buffalo under QSW'.

I am looking for applicants who have sent Outland applications to Buffalo Office. There might be some people on this forum who have submitted Federal Applications to Buffalo while they are in the US. Yes, NDVO is my visa office but I guess I did not get the passport request as I am not in India right now and it looks like it is illegal to send the passport to the Indian embassy when you are outside India. From the threads I have read for people residing outside India, they request the passport once the decision has been made.

Do you know of anybody else with timelines similiar to ours?

yes i know 5 people with same time line and still waiting for DM ..BUT UNFORTUNATELY 2 AMONG THEM ARE ACTIVE IN THIS FORUM in india where are you from???
