Yes, the first time.
The thing is if the time is beyond 14 months, I think I am more confident to contact them and ask if anything wrong.

Yeah.. its upto you. Where are you getting 14 months from?

Its tough to see people who applied after us getting PPR... Hopefully some movement should happen soon. My last GCMS was printed off in feb

Hey sharuu
1. Yes, I was contemplating doing that..but how do we exactly go about doing it? would they even bother about us given that we can't even vote and are not even permanent residents yet. I guess arguments like how being on temporary status prevents us from many jobs and opportunities, and the worry of whether we'll be able to renew the work permit.

To everyone
2. I am assuming most people on this forum are within canada or usa. Is anyone here on a post-graduate work permit status? once PGWP expires, is it still easy to renew the work-permit or does one have to go through the long laborious process through HRSC??

A lot of people have contacted their MP and they have enquired about their status for them...

You can not extend your PGWP, you need to get LMO.

hello Sher singh,

First Congrats, for your achievements.

I observe that u got a very good experience about Quebec Immigration processing. I have also submitted my documents to Hongkong office, and i had received a receipt letter. They told me they will assess my file and will send me next details through mail. I have joined Alliance Franc, and learning french now.
It would be the great help if you give me guidelines about QSC interview and further processing.
Looking forward to hear from you.
Thanks & Regards
Prit.
