you need to complete a French assessment if it's not your first language. Having English is only a bonus but learning and knowing French is essential. The micc website will give you all pertaining info if you take the time to go through the required documents.waqas_rehman20 said:Hi all
I am a Finance Professional want to apply 4 Qbk immig as an independent applicant.
Could anyone let me know the IELTS bands required to fulfill the "Intermediate" level in the online assessment i.e. how many bands should I have to claim Intermediate level of Eng in Qbk Immig??
Waiting :'(
Generally on IELTS over the band of 6.5 should work for immigration. If Quebec is following Federal then you need 7.0 in every section and overall score as 7 as well.waqas_rehman20 said:Hi all

When I applied(May 2010) french was not necessary as long as you have enough points in other areas.waqas_rehman20 said:Dear All Seniors
I have done self assessment it is more than required, should I still add french test cert or not? French will give only extra points not necessary, right???
