so firasj78 what's ur current status at this moment ....? i think your file is transferred to detriot...did they say don't contact them for next 90 days or something like that...?

I think buffalo is delaying the process as they are overwhelmed with amount of applications :)

let me know.as i am in the same boat as yours....

im :-[ i i got the AOR and medicals by email , what should i do now ? print the forms from the email and do the medicals or wait for the original version by mail ?
im in the USA and my wife in morocco , can we do the medicals and send them to ottawa seprately or we have to send em at once ?

is there any body knows doctors arround Boston Ma area ? how can find one ?
please help and thankyou

@ ittech,

I do not know if you and your wife can do medicals separately. If you read the medical instructions pdf file they sent you, you will find this.

"The medical examination must be performed by one of the physicians listed on the CIC "List of Designated Medical Practitioners " (i.e. doctors). If possible, all family members should be examined by the same doctor. To find the Designated Medical Practitioner located closest to your home, consult the internet site: http://www.cic.gc.ca/dmp-md/medical.aspx "

I think you have 60 days to do the medicals, or the application processing will be delayed.
About the rest,

you have to print out all the forms they sent by E-mail before going to the medical examiner. They wont send anything by post. I suggest you read all the files they sent you.

Here is the listed doctors near Boston MA.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/dmp-md/medicalinfo.aspx?CountryID=2040&ProvID=19007&ProvinceName=Massachusetts&CountryName=United%20States%20of%20America

things to bring:
All fees related to this medical examination are your responsibility.
2. Please bring the following to your medical appointment:
two recent colour passport size photographs of each family member
eye glasses (if applicable), list of prescription drugs taken or any relevant medical report(s)
original passport(s) or other proof of identity

Hope it helps!

You can do the M tests separately as long as you do by physician from the CIC list, but you have to make sure that you can send it to the proper address...BTW i have same problem and one guy in other thread have same situation where his wife was in Bang. and he was in Canada.. she did the medic in Bang. and the physician sent the results to Ottawa

Hope this help...

Rossei .........this is the member in this forum..you can contact him as i did..

thankyou so much biochemgal09 and hanisuliman, i will call the doctors to find out the prices and everything about the medicals

Congrats to all those who've heard from our beloved Buffalo!

A question for those who have already landed, how long did it take you to get your PR card? I'm planning my vacation so would love to know what kind of time span i'm dealing with. Thanks in advance!

@ Clément007: Any updates after LA mail? Since, 90 days have passed after file transfer so I am hoping to hear from them in this or the next week. What's on your side?
