FEDERAL AOR QUERY

Hi, I have a little question about aor, I would like to hear opinions.

I have read that aor is sent about 90 working days, but In the case of provincial nominees in this same forum, they all say the got it in 2 months on average.

I know it is a different application, but actually in cic oficcial proccessing times, QSW is 13 months and Provincial nominees 16 months(no EE obviously)

So, it makes no sense they receive aor before quebec applicants.
