There is no official time difference but usually MR comes within month after AOR but i know couple of my friends (Inland) for them it took 2-3 months ..
Also i saw lot of inland people who received AOR in mid-feb have not received MR ,so seems they will dispatch in batch ..
For inland applicants usually there is no communication regarding file transfer ,that's what i read somewhere on forum..
