Upfront medicals cannot be processed through e-medical and a physical copy needs to be mailed to Visa office.

Ok, then will wait for medical request ,better to send copies electronically ...

Me (inland applicant): App received on October 27th
AOR on February 9th.

Waiting for medical request.

I think it depends on visa office.
For some it is 2 days to 10 days.
For others it can take several months....3 months according to several timelines for Ottawa VO.

As far as I know, Sydney receives the applications for all QSW, then it distributes them according to residence.
For example an inland application will be transferred to Ottawa.
An application from France will be transferred from Sydney to Paris.
Etc...

So, If someone is in Montreal , QC . then VO will be Ottawa .

For others it can take several months....3 months according to several timelines for Ottawa VO.
