@APPNOV2014 Yes , correct , I would also advise to call MIDI to confirm.
@Montreal06 - When I applied back in 2013 , I had given my latest IELTS , which obviously expired after 2 years when my CSQ was not issued.
However , in your case , you state that your IELTS expired immediately after a couple of months of filing an application. So , I am guessing that either MIDI will request for new IELTS results or I don't know what their rules are they may just process. But as APPNOV2014 suggests , best to call MIDI and clarify.

I know the feeling, I am a June applicant myself too (28th) and based on what I've seen so far, it does take around 90 working days (you have to consider holidays too) So the first 10 days of November should be the date for it.

Also did you try to link your application under a CIC account? Will give you a bit of comfort that all is OK and as soon as anything changes in it, you get informed.

I am not allowed to post links so search for CIC account, it should take you to the proper page. You can create an account if you don't have one already and link your application to it using the name, family name and birth date. Also make sure you set the number of persons under the application to 1 and you should be able to link it and get an XEP file number.

Somehow they made a mistake about missing some contents , so i have been asked by the cic to provided extra informations, and now it seems to take forever to process my application. It has been 16 months since they first receive my application. Are there anyone who has the similar situation with me?

Here is my timeline below:

1.received application on July, 2015
2.sent receipt on Sep, 2015
3.started processing on Sep, 2015
4.sent me correspondence on April, 2016


date today: Nov.3.2016


I am just so upset about it everyday, i heard that some people is taking few years to wait, i don't know if thats true Sad

you must contact them about your issue because the normal processing time has passed.

It says , list all activities in the last 10 years , working , unemployed , travelling etc. What if I am employed and I have gone for travel for say 7 days. Do I have to account for this break as well . Please suggest

No, you should not list it. Travelling here is when you are no longer employed and it is your main occupancy. What you referred to is going on holiday which does not change your employment status or your current employer at time of travel.

My Question is Can I use XEP number to send PCC right now ? and what is procedure for sending it?

No you can't and XEP file number is an indication that CIC received the file however processing did not start yet. Processing starts when you receive an AOR. This takes place around 90 working days from the date CIC receives your file (based on the latest trends).

Why you did not include the PCC as part of your application?
