PA gets an email as well. It comes with a pdf document (automated system-generated letter) of AOR and inviting them to link the application.

My PA ended up getting an email directly with the medical request PDF. No AOR nor any instructions to link to GCKey. I am not worried but just posting this here in case it helps anyone else.

Where do you upload schedule A and PC? I do not see an option to upload documents on the GCKey account.

At the bottom on the page under your messages you'll see a "view submitted application" button.
Click that and you should see where to upload them, once uploaded you'll need to click through to the next page and submit.

My husband has his medical booked for April 23rd, we've received SA email but still no AOR2... should I call or sit tight? Last time I called I got the worst person on the phone... he really must've hated his job...

Hi, am sponsoring my husband who is in UAE. I have submitted his application in February of this year (2018) to CPC, Mississauga. It was received in CPC Mississauga on Feb 13th. Recd. acknowledgement on March 27th saying they have started processing on March 26th. March 29th letter was sent out to my husband who is the principal applicant from IRCC requesting all documents Schedule A, Police clearance (India and UAE) and Medical. Same day I received an email from them stating that I am approved as his sponsor. We submitted Schedule A on April 6th. Medicals on April 7th. Now awaiting police clearance from India, hopefully both certificates will be submitted next week (mid april). Things happened quick which is unbelievable. Now we might experience a lot of silence, usually thats the case at this point. Today there is an update saying that he has passed his medicals. So, my question is will the documents be sent to Abudhabi office or London office since he is based in UAE?

Appreciate a response. Hopefully, by the end of this year we get his passport req.

According to the SA letter, they will inform you once the visa office is selected. It usually is based on PA's home address. This happens after they receive the schedule A form, medical results and police certificate.

Looks like we are sailing in the same boat. I am sponsoring my wife living in the UAE. I got a request for a medical and police clearence which a lot of people say is sort of a good sign but takes time. My issue is that I hired a representative to work on my application and I am not entirely sure if they have uploaded my documents or not.

We also had our application signed for on Feb 16th and no response yet. We are both living outside Canada so maybe this is a factor in getting our AOR. Hoping soon. Waiting is so hard.

Same here , i sent mine on feb 16th and was received on feb 20th but no response as of yet. Good luck to both of us .

Oh oh! Y wud u hire a Rep? It's not that tough to do the paper work. Yes I agree it's time consuming but it's a 'save save' of 4000 dollars. It is a gud sign to have all these docs requested by IRCC, but like v all know... The game Starts now. Next step is a long silence before u cud hear from the VO once these docs are submitted. Let's kp our fingers crossed and hope 4 the best.

Same boat like u im sponsoring wife from UAE but via Quebec. Submitted app in March still waiting for AOR1 though. Please keep posting your updates so we can all help each other. London visa office seems to be the ones treating UAE documents lately. Abu dhabi is damn slow...just hoping things turn out fast for us all. What if PA relocates from UAE to a faster processing VO will the file be transferred there as well?

Was thinking of applying a visit while his PR is under process. Chances are 50-50. Happened to read one of the previous post and someone had mentioned he was able to get a visit for his wife while PR was under process. Any inputs guys,?
