Only the test is marked completed the rest is in progress on tracker.

Received GCMS note and it’s showing the following,

Paper Application
Visa office Vancouver
Grant review ready PM03

And the Security screening = in progress

Type = CIT CSIS screening
Status = Received
Update on = 2025-05-30

Anyone can help me out to understand what is happening with my application! Thanks in advance…

We (family application) also had a virtual ceremony on 8th, and we got the email next day to download the e-certificate. Generally, they send within couple of days but I'll wait at least 5 days before contacting them.

NOTE: Once you have submitted your Oath or Affirmation of Citizenship form, you should receive your citizenship certificate within the timelines listed below. Contact us if you do not receive your certificate within these timelines:
▪ within 5 business days for e-certificates within the IRCC portal
▪ 2-4 weeks for paper certificates sent in Canada or 6 months for paper certificates sent outside Canada.

Max 5 biz days. I got an email to download my certificate 5am the next day. I already signed up for a portal account before my vurtual ceremony using my email with IRCC.

I have completed my test in April but still waiting for my oath. The last update on my application was on May 8, 2025

Use the same email and ensure the UCI and application number of each of the child is correct. Another issue is that the father of the kids may need to submit a consent letter in case the two of you are not together. Send an email to IRCC through the channel you submitted the oath form with your challenge to also gather more info. All the best!

Did you get update and in how many days was your application approved after due date

Within 2 weeks LPP completed; and within next 2 weeks Oath status marked to “in progress” and got the date Nov 10; now awaiting email with instructions.

Ordered GCMS notes but there is no reason given why the application is not proceeding. It gave information that is already seen on citizenship tracker.

Hi , we ordered GCMS notes. we submitted family application for citizenship.
1. I am not able to understand much from the GCMS notes !!!!!
2. it has only my husband's details and nothing about me is this a cause of concern????

For us also same situation. AOR date 6th March, tracker updated 15th March after that no update.
