Hi guys, PNP EE here. Please I need some clarification. Are we required to do upfront medical post ITA? When you click the help icon beside the medical attachment place holder, it says something about you must submit proof of medicals but when you check the CIC website, it asks you to upload a blank paper and wait for instructions. Please advise.
