No.
For me it was visible after FINAL DECISION update in GCKey account.

Not yet. I still don’t have the FD.

I've seen people receiving P1 on the same day as the FD. Others waited weeks to receive it. I don't understand what is taken into consideration for this. But apparently there are a lot of people with AOR in February who are waiting for the P1. I hope they send it to everyone this week.
