Mcurrent timeline:

AOR: Feb 1
BIL: complete on Mar 12
MIL: complete on Mar 17
BC and Eligibility: complete on March 21

In my dependent's part, the BC is complete but the eligibility has not started. However, I saw in some posts that the eligibility of dependents can always remain like this, but that it has already been evaluated together with the main applicant.

It is still not possible to see the COPR number. I hope good news comes.

I am not sure if it is a glitch from IRCC or what.
But I am seeing lots of posts loke Eligibility and Background completed out of nowhere.

I see no reason for this to be a glitch. I've never seen any reports of this happening on the tracker.
