I guess you can state that on your application, but I recommend checking with the IRCC officer to be on the safe side.

I have successfully completed my PR card renewal soem months ago and got married after that. I will be applying for citizenship soon. Do I need to inform CIC of marital status change before I apply for citizenship? or is it enough to write marital status when I do my citizenship application?

It's better viewing on Google Sheets App or In chrome browser. I personally use Google sheets on my Pixel phone and works well.
