good to see AOR coming pretty fast. my application (paper) was received on Apr 12 (as per ECAS) but no AOR yet. is there a way to set up the tracker? does paper application have application number generated when you validate?

Do you mean April 2023? if you haven't received AOR yet, please check your junk folders and call IRCC to confirm, coz AOR won't take this long. Also, you won't be link your application to a tracker without an application number.

Any e-mails sent to you by IRCC will end in “@cic.gc.ca” or “@international.gc.ca.” Please add these to your “safe senders”
