Not sure if Notes would help but you should try out to get their "attention" to your file. That is the main good use of ordering GCMS notes, not even the info itself

Hi all, after receiving the AOR, I haven't seen any update on the tracker. Everything is marked as "in progress" and the date of the last update is the AOR date. Is anyone else in a similar situation?

Anyone having E-certificate issues? I haven't got the email yet. I had my ceremony on Sept 29th. It said about 5 days later. Not including holidays it's been 8 business days.

You won't an email. Did you try accessing via portal? If it's not there - just send the email again with your oath letter attached and tell them you still are not able to access
