For ECAS there is no account creation. It's more like a querying system where you provide a "Identification Type" mostly UCI, Give you surname, date of birth, place of birth and will give status of your application. You have to repeat the steps to see the status again.

Additionally, do we need to submit fingerprints for minor too? (7 years in age)

Thanks, congrats to you too. I think it would be to wait for fingerprints request and then invitation to the exam.
i have a friend that applied on January this year, she is over 55 and got her oath ceremony invitation on Friday. So they are moving pretty quickly

If your Background is complete you won't receive fingerprint request.

What is the trend right now? Which applicants are getting test invites / background completes now a days? I mean applicants with which AOR dates are getting test invites? My AOR is March 14th.
