Even I saw that it was showing December 19 week last Friday, big jump which is obvious since last two weeks in December and early jan is shut down, but glad it’s picking up

Question why Family should apply as paper and not online? as i need to apply in coming month please clarify? what is different in Paper appliation and what are the steps to apply for paper application, how to find the forms and do i have to print them and fill it manually and then do i have to attach any documents like police certificates, birth certificate for kids, photograph etc. for adults too? please kindly advise the paper application and process
You'll have to apply on paper if you are applying together as a family with minors at the moment. The online application currently does not support minor applications. Hopefully, they will support it in the coming months. So, for now, paper is your only option

Yes the plan was to have online application start for family including minors by end of 2022 but somehow not implemented.
