We are a family of three and filed paper application on 01 Feb. Our status changed to In Progress in Ecas on 27th of May (for all of us). On 1st of June, my spouse's background check was marked complete but there has not been any change in the status of application for myself and my son. Is it something to be worried about or have others gone through a similar situation in the past? My understanding was that family application would be processed together, but it seems otherwise. Any word of advice will be much appreciated!

Our application is still in progress however my understanding is that men's background check takes longer in general.
I am sure yours will be cleared soon.
LPP Happens usually right before oath. This website might give you an idea. It’s a pretty rad site. Has tons of information about anything and everything immigration wise, and then some.Hello guys !
how long does it take from “test completed” to LPP completed ?
I believe, only In Process until Decision Made. Rest of the statuses are from online tracker. One Q:
Is every step will be reflected in Ecase as well, or only in progress?
Thanks for your reply!I believe, only In Process until Decision Made. Rest of the statuses are from online tracker.
To me is normal, Male applicants generally take a longer time for the background check.Hi folks
