I saw people gets DM after prearrival and followed by PPR quickly. Is there anyone with Ottawa VO and still waiting for DM/PPR?

i have submitted my medical exam at 2 august and still i did not get any updates for further processes... its frustrating waiting for each step desparately!
My husband got his ECOPR this morning!!!! YAYAYAYAAYAYYAYA!!!! The journey is finally over. We got his Social security card today and signed him up for his Canadian health care. Good luck to everyone else. We originally filed outland at the beginning on 2020 but our application was rejected due to a missing field after 8 months... That was a hard day so we're so happy to be fully approved!!!! WHOOHOO!!!

CIC requested weeding rukhsti(departure) pictures which I don't have at the moment, we had a big function but forgot to take rukhsti(departure) pictures. Any suggestion?
They also asked why I waited few years before I applied for my WIFE PR? The reason is that she was completing her education and I didn't wanted to interpret that. so should I tell them the same reason?
They also asked for the document of my visit back home in last few years to meet her but I didn't go, so what should I say? my genuine reason was COVID and I was also in process of getting new job.
