I asked IRCC Twitter and got the following response:
1/2 Hi. Please include information about immigration or citizenship status in any country other than Canada in question 13 - this includes temporary statuses: visitor/tourist, student, employment/worker. From the information you have provided,
2/2 you would need to include your time as a visitor in question 13. Hope this helps.

I thought this question was only to enter citizenship or immigration status from other countries.... Q13 will become very confusing. It does not specify the time period (last 5 years, since age of 18 or since birth).... which means we need to include each country we visited since birth whether visit, employment or study.

So then what will be difference between this question 13 vs Travel history?

Can the friends who used this new Form (specially those who already received AOR) please advise what did you write in response to this question?

It was sent through an email and they also mentioned that they will send a copy of the letter and a discover Canada journal so that we can familiarise ourselves more with the country
