Do you also update the eligibility end date and upload a new calculation when trying?

Yes I did that, changed the file to match the eligibility date and also in the enter box to match that, am getting an error on last page while submitting the application, it says Failed to submit, I tried everything all different browsers and a different computer, I guess the problem is with the website.

There are people on this forum reported the same issue as you.
Some were successful at applying eventually, some of the things they have done:
1- Make sure file size < 4MB
2- Make sure file names do not include spaces or special characters.
3- Make sure file names are short.
4- Rename the online physical presence calculator file to something shorter than the default.
5- Keep trying

I will be applying next week, so I will report my experience. Good luck!

Got my online application going. Sucks I didn't know about it until reading this thread as I already got physical photographs but not the digital versions lol. Will just have to find somewhere nearby that will supply the jpg to me instead and get some new photos.

I want to ask a question related to language proof for citizenship. I have studied bachelors of commerce from Karachi University but lost my degree, I have the transcript though. Should I attach my transcript and that would be enough or do I have to do an english-certificate course?

Folks, do we have to enter tax year manually (after print out ) on Q 12b as I cant enter it online. Please let me know.

Any one having this issue on OCT version of CT0002? I tried different computer , I cant enter it .

Worked fine for me. Taking a calculated risk that online applications will end up being faster to process but we'll wait and see on that.

That's great, am still trying to submit my application, unable to submit, it says 'Failed to submit'.
Not sure whats wrong here, would you please share some details of how you submitted your application, like how many attachments and their sizes etc.

Sure, windows 10 PC using google chrome browser. Did it over the space of the last few days. Able to save and return to it as necessary.
Had to upload a few scans of passports, my degree (for language knowledge proof), my driving licence and healthcard. Also uploaded the digital photo of myself. These are all jpg images under 1MB in size each.

The physical presence calculator was a PDF that I saved when I did the calculation It's a standard file I guess so it should be similar for everyone.

The receipt for the $630 fee was a PDF too. Again that should be standard for everyone.

There was a section where you could upload other documents to be "considered". I uploaded a PDF letter I wrote with some clarifications to my answers as the silly system doesn't have "United Kingdom" as an option for where you were born or what your citizenship is. I also uploaded a scan of the receipt I got at the photographer for my passport photo as it mentions in the notes that they want to know who took the photo and when.

Do you get to the point at the very end where it asks you to "sign" by typing in your name? When I did it and submitted it the final time it instantly popped up this page. When I clicked on the "Save a copy" link in the blue box at the top it downloads a PDF file with all my answers in it.

Not really, a couple of passports, 1 address, 1 place of employment.
