Hi,
Can you please share when your eligibility was passed (or last date your file was updated) and which VO?

I dont know when my eligibility passed. But in the note section I saw every update has done in March-2021.
My file was last updated on-02/09/2021 as per GCMS notes.
My primary VO- Central intake office
Secondary VO- CPC Ottawa
AOR-6th February-2021

My GCMS notes came today. Below are the details.
FSW Outland
AOR - Feb 14
Medicals - passed
Criminality - passed
R10 - OK
Info sharing - In progress (however in the info sharing detail section, it says Received - NRT) I am not sure if it's complete.
Eligibility - Not Started
Security - Not Started
RPRF - Complete
Primary Office- New Delhi
Secondary Office - CIO

Hi @legalfalcon , I have few questions, when submitting my PR application, I was separated and divorce case was in progress during that time. Later in August, I got divorced.
1. I submitted all the divorce related court documents via web form on May first week approx. In the GCMS notes, there is a text from CIO office mentioning "Review Required". However, I obtained Divorce decree late August and mailed all the documents to the IRCC via web form(and received their acknowledgement of the document reception on September 14) but I don't see any of the details respect to that recorded
2. Even though in GCMS it says Eligibility not started, in the details section for EE Eligibility - there is a text saying "Recommend Review Required - Stats Questions and Document Set to Review". I earlier had visa refusal and answered yes to the Statutory questions. Is it because of it?
3. In the Application Assignment section, it is given Application due date as Nov 7, 2021. What does this due date refer to here?

I would like to hear your thoughts on this

I know that it takes place two times but they have mentioned eligibility as not started and kept this explanation. Does that mean my Eligibility stage has started?
With respect to divorce decree document I mailed through web form, there are no record of it as well. Should I mail them again?
Can you please reply for other questions regarding 1 and 3?

I'm planning to get married to my fiance who is on a work permit in Canada. She is coming back for a month to get married in December, 2021. If I get married to her, what should be done in order to get her added into my application?

Are there any additional things to take care since she has a Canadian work permit?

I'm bit confused about how to go about it.

My brother-in-law received ITA in Feb 2019, he is living in Dubai, received COPR in Feb 2020 (expiry was Feb 2021 as his medical was just renewed), got married in Nov 2020 and updated IRCC immediately who revoked his COPR / visa (this is normal) and then requested his spouse's information which was all submitted Feb 2021 (hence me being on this thread). Does anyone here have experience adding a spouse and how much longer it adds to the processing times? He received an email from IRCC on Oct 5 saying, "We're still working on your application". We are going to make an ATIP request for GCMS (case notes) today.

I assume you mean outland applications right? I think Canada was quick to process many of the inland applications. Are people still keeping those google spreadsheets? I thought they were so helpful but instead people started creating whatsapp groups which seems inefficient to me...

I agree, even if people just update the myimmitracker.com would be more than helpful in trying to study the patterns
