If you are outland, GCMS will have to be ordered via third party.
I ordered through getgcms.com

So far very few FSW O from US have got CoPR.
Apart from that, the rest of the applicants are stuck in even with Eligibility not starting.

My AOR-6th February, but I haven't checked my file status yet.It has no movements since last 21 st march when medical and biometric have completed. Is there any hope with the opening of canadian border??

Not really sure if things have come back to normal yet. Nova Scotia is still in phase 4.
We will just have to wait. Back in India, upfront medicals were announced last month. When we enquired they haven't even opened yet for appointments.
We will really know if things did open up.

That's the key. We are all hoping things go back to normal. But it also depends on other countries as well.
Nova Scotia is looking to go to Phase 5 in September which is in align with Canada opening up on 7th.
