Hi guys, I'm not sure if this is a stupid question or if it has been answered before but I'm seeing a lot of people saying they've received a 'Portal Email'. Is it a message in your IRCC account (and you receive a general email to your personal inbox confirming you have an update to your account), or are you getting an email with the information directly to your personal email inbox?
Still waiting for my decision as a CEC inland applicant - AOR Feb 2, 2021. I don't think there is much going on in the background for me but I have received 2 ghost updates in the last 3 weeks. I haven't received any confirmation of their decision yet. Only thing currently passed for me is the medicals, since Feb 26, 2021.
I know there are people waiting much longer than me but it is a little disheartening when all of my friends have received their COPR - and even though I applied before them I'm still waiting. Ugh
My app has been stuck on security check pending since October 2020.
