This wait is really frustrating, been 58 days from submission of ADR and passing the remedicals.
For files in canada it is 180002422100( contact them via talku app where you are supposed to buy a Canadian or us number plus there will be a waiting of approximately 40 mins to 1 hr), for NDVO it's is 01141782000( but they say they don't entertain calls on status of applications via phn only emails and fax are entertained, you can your luck).
