I haven't heard anything back since medical passed and ADR received though. It does say that the ADR that I provided is under review on my GC portal.

From what I have heard, usually PPR is issued within 30-35 days of submitting ADR docs.

But my ADR was submitted on the 9th March. I phoned last week and the agent said my eligibility is in progress and security hasn't started yet, so.....
