Hi everyone, my husband received his ppr from delhi vo, on the ppr sheet instructions its giving instructions for submitting passport to delhi visa office and he has is living in Australia. Is there anyway he could submit his passport in Australia vo for stamping

There was another poster just in last few days with same issue - don't think it was resolved yet. But basically try contacting VFS (visa application centre) and canadian visa office in the high commission in Australia.

The first search result allows you to change either your mailing address or home address. As long as you can pull the application in their system.

Just be sure that you submit a CSE directly to your VO if your application is processed outside of Canada

Yeah we received DM + PPR at the end of Feb 2021.
My husband sent the passport and still waiting for them to stamp the visa and send it back to us.
So they are working

Did you guys get his passport back yet? My application is also in Beirut.

I'll start by saying that my wife's visa office is Beirut, Lebanon... so not really a professional in that field! But I can tell you that the phone line for our visa office hasn't been working for the past couple of days...

Finally got AOR2 today, ECAS changed from application received back to in process although interestingly no additional line was added to say ‘we started processing...’ when clicking on the PA status.

Sponsor Approval was around Feb 26th ‘20
Medical and Biometrics Submitted March 9th ‘20
Medical Passed March 12th ‘20
COVID & Dead Silence until Jan 21st 2021 when our file was moved to LVO
App Received in LVO Feb 21st ‘21
ECAS back to in process March 18th ‘21

Guys, please share this as much as possible on Twitter and Facebook. Reach out to your MPs and ask them for help and push them to reach out to Marco Mendicino (Liberal Eglinton-Lawrence and Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada) to address this issue.

OR else get ready to wait for another 6 to 12 months, with no visible timeline on the COVID-19 situation.
