I think they are refering to the CSQ applications they received in Feb. I didnt send mine in yet because it says you have to wait until you have the letter from IRCC instructing you to send it in. So if we get the letter this week and send it they will only get to us in a few months. They were really slow pre-covid. I dont want to be a downer but I've been following that situation in the Quebec chats.
I understand what you're saying and I know they've been slow, but they're talking about spousal CSQ applications. Again, since we cannot send those without the Sponsor Approved letter, and from March until August/September no one had received it because IRCC was not working on Sponsorship applications, I think they're going to jump from February/March straight to September or something close to that!

Anyone still have no AOR1? My app was apparently received according to Canada Post at their Sydney office on February 17th but nothing since. I've sent a few webforms asking for updates (One in April, July, and last week), and all three replies are the same, mentioning that they are working on applications received before February 12...

I'm assuming others have been receiving the same reply as well?

11 people from March 2020 got AOR1 (from tracker) so it appears as though they have skipped you as well, join the club.

Yep - my application was received Feb. 11th. No AOR1 yet.

Hello everyone, I have heard leaving Canada while your Outland Spousal application is ongoing as a PR can sometimes result in the denial of the application. Does informing IRCC (for example raising a web form to state reasons why you intend to leave Canada and when you intend to return ) prevent possible denials? I have called IRCC and even sent them a request on the social medial handle and they say it is fine to travel.

Very similar but according to our rep no forwarding to VO, frustrating stage to be stuck at.
