A few have received them this month - via Mail and not email. There is an assumption that they were all processed same day, some were sent out on 30th via email and the rest were sent to mail room to be mailed out

When you log in to IRCC using the GC key and try to search for your application, it still cannot find my application. Even though I followed the guidelines given on the spreadsheet. The only thing i don't have is the application number so i used the family name and UCI number once and the other time i used given name and family name . I think it takes time for online update.
If they have not started working on your application (including scanning and assigning an application number to it) you won't find it on your online account. Give it time

Mine was received Feb 25, haven't got AOR yet either. The latest people to get them (according to the spreadsheet) seem to be a few who were received Feb 21...hope they get to us in a timely manner. It's been more than two weeks since the large bulk they sent out to about half the February applicants.
Hi everyone, my application was received Feb4th, 2020. I sent an email (around April 27) from the IRCC link on their site. Just asking what is ahappening and if they truly received my application. On April 30th I got a response, it says "This is an automated system-generated letter to acknowledge the receipt of your application. Due to current delays, your application has not been assigned a unique file number at this time. A second letter containing a unique file number will be sent to you on a later date." Basicaly thats what the letter in the email said and how to contact them furthur. Still no AOR or file number. nothing
Because of the recent happenings and less manpower on board they are lagging behind. I am waiting for my AOR too. I had submitted on feb21 and was received on feb24. We will have to wait.
Contacted them via both call and web form, they say they haven’t scanned the documents yet which results to NOT generating any AOR. When I had sent my documents on Feb21 I got them back on April 1 request for additional documents. I attached those additionals and sent back. Haven’t got any AOR.
Because you got return, so Your case count on April, it's not in this list. They consider they receive your complete application when was the last time it delivered to them. I don't know what exactly did you ask on your call and web form. Right now, they general give the response like I said "they're processing January 's applications" "haven't opened applications after January".
If they returned your complete package and you sent it back, then you are now an April applicant. May I ask what was the reason for returning the application?
I don’t know who you spoke to and when. But when I spoke to the lady on “March 15 2020 She had told me that they have processed applications till 17 Jan 2020”. And some February applicants did receive AORs in bulk on 30 April 2020. Might be that process is even slower now. Also depends which customer service representative picks the call and how specifically they give the details.
unfortunately missing a signature has been a common reason for returning applications, and is very frustrating. By RCMP do you mean the Canadian police certificate? if so I find that strange. I thought they would not ask for that because they can get it?
