That's it? There was no compelling reason to move the oath earlier? Were you scheduled on the earlier date, and your wife on the later? Maybe that's why they agreed to move it for your wife?
Not for moving it up. However, for urgent certificates, we gave her the needed proofs.I was scheduled for 26th Aug and she was for 9th Nov.

Who did you speak to, IRCC support line? how do you get the contact of assistant?
I just replied to the assistant who scheduled my oath. Told her my wife is also there and if she could help move it up so we can have it done on the same day. She did it in no time

Does anybody ever have problems accessing the tracker?
It's giving me this error since the beginning of the week :

Looking at the tracker, January 2020 applicants have only 2 weeks between oath letter and oath date. So why are FEB 2020 applicants getting oath dates for 2022 5-6 months after oath letter?
I was hoping to get this all done with before end of Nov so that I can qualify to get a work visa in Germany, Would this be a valid reason to get urgent processing? Feels like this citizenship process is neverending.

I checked my ECAS today Sept. 3rd and it says “Decision Made”. I logged in to the Tracker and I got updates on my file on Sept 2nd, everything says “Completed” except for citizenship ceremony “Not Started”. What does it mean? Should I get an email for Oath Schedule soon? How long is the wait again?

Looking at trends - it could be early 2022 now for oath. Depends on where you are located

Any inputs on how long does it take IRCC to validate the test results and mark them as completed? I had my test on Thursday and no updates so far

Sadly this last wait appears to be very long for most of us. There were lukcy ones but not many of them. I have waited 2 months after DM and I know ppl waited for 6 months

I feel you. I am justing waiting for that passport so that I can hop on the next plane to work in States. I have lost half a dozen job opportunies in US which pay me triple of what I earn here. Sigh.
