So I received my invite to take the test between May 14th - June 3rd but as I'm not currently in Canada I have sent the email that was listed on the document to potentially reschedule. Has anyone done this? I've not heard anything and was curious if it made more sense to call, even though I don't have any contact information to do so
I did the same. You should hear back from them soon. Did you give them a date to reschedule as well? I heard back from them after 2 days of contacting them.

Oh no I didn't. I assumed we had no control over that. I'd ideally like to speak to someone on the phone but I have no idea what the best way is to contact the Toronto immigration office.

I guess they are sending out citizenship tests after completing the background checks only. Here I was thinking we made significant progress but my new tracker shows language, presence not completed yet!! any body in the same boat? See my timeline

Many people are in the same boat. Me either. Please see my timeline.

This new timeline is a great help to reduce the anxiety

oh ok, i wrote my test about 10 days after you. let me know when you get your oath, mine should be close behind *finger crossed*
The question now is whether we'll need an interview before DM/Oath Invite. I sure hope not, but there is very little logic from IRCC behind who gets to skip the interview and who doesn't...

Hi, I'm in the tracker and received email to complete citizenship test on Wednesday, May 12. No change on ECAS status (still IP and no additional lines).

Update:
And just registered on the new system, it shows background check is complete as of Jan 26.
