Hey I sent mine in mid Feb, and it was delivered friday 21st feb.. however still no word from them that it has been opened or checked or that the processing has started... starting to get concerned.. anyone else in the same boat or have any advice?

It is taking around 2 months for AOR (As per the tracker from google sheets)

I think you should just print out the page of missing check box and refill it and send but others can confirm

If you don't mind us asking.. which check box was it? And how was it returned? Did they send you through Canada post?

If you see the excel file, there have been no AORs issued in the last 2 weeks and no progress on the excel sheet either.

Looking at this trend, it shows that the application process has been stopped or there will be massive delays in our applications.

I can imagine and it is understandable. We all have bigger problems right now than Citizenship. Unlike permanent residency, I do not think getting Citizenship is a must-have anyway for most applicants - largely a preference in my opinion
 
The IRCC Citizenship team responded to an urgent need to facilitate #COVID19 research by coordinating the extraordinary first virtual citizenship ceremony for Dr. Ng yesterday.
