It's difficult to help without knowing exact details of what happened.
In any case, as long as you did not start the 30 min timer on the test (which happens after you take the ID picture and self picture), you should be able to start from the email test link they sent you and restart the process. The link should still be valid within the 3 weeks window they mentioned in the email.

YOu can try it tomorrow. Get help from some friend. You have still chances since the link only expires before the test starting. So try it tomorrow after your friend helps on how to display your ID and face in the camera(or after you fix your camera). Or use some other laptop.

Do you have still validity for the test? Whats the test date range?

how can i get help from frieinds when nobody allows to help me while i am taking a test?I took several pictures but the the their app didnt let me to copy that or download it.

First ask your friend to help you get your camera fixed. YOu can train without clicking on the link by training on camera app on your laptop. So try that way first. Once you are comfortable then try to start on getting the test link and proceed.

CiC doesnt want anyone else for the actual test to avoid cheating. So its not for taking your picture which involves technical issues or laptop issues is not their intent.

Nope. Unless you are using an iPad, you can use Google Chrome (I personally used Chrome on Windows for the test).

Hi Feb 2020 peers, I’ve been invited for oath for Aug 19, exactly three months after I gave my test.

That said, didn’t receive any email yet. Does it take a few days? Normally such status changes usually trigger an immediate email

My family and I passed our test on June 27 and tracker status changed to “complete” on June 29 but our tracker changed to in progress again on July 30, why this happened?

Did you have any issue with camera during test for one of you? Or did both of you remember to appear on camera for the whole period of the test?
I would say that you should apply for gcms so that you will know more detail instead of waiting for it(just in case if you dont see any update for next one month, you would get to see it in gcms in a month time).

Everything was ok, no issues with camera or internet connection. Test status changed to complete after 2 days but now it has been changed to in progress. It’s weird
I have not heard something like this yet.

hmm possibly the worst case would be to retake the test, not sure if there was some internal issue at cic end. Lets wait and see.
