Just finished with a routine call to IRCC that I do every week to know the status of the application.

Nothing has changed on my file. She mentioned its just a matter of officer going back to verify and making a decision.

Come on officer - you can do it. Hit all the COPRs out of the park and into our mails.

Yeah, I noticed his/her nationality and residence are both American. This is his/her reply to others: "Hi,I did get my PPR from Ottawa. US citizen residing in the US (outland application). "

This give me a little bit of hope ( Aor Jan 23, same VO/citizenship and residency) but also hoping this means good things are coming for all FSW-O applicants!

Ahh that's good to know. Hopefully other FSW O applicants from Ottawa VO get to hear some good news soon enough as well. Fingers crossed.

Send a webform and let IRCC know that your family composition has changed. IRCC will send you a list of forms that you will have to submit. Also, get your baby's passport and birth certificate. You will have to need your baby's medicals, where accompanying or not.

Congratulations on becoming a parent.

Hello Legalfalcon. My senior colleague recently requested I don’t submit the letterhead she signed cos she’s not authorized to sign letter head (She forgot ). Unfortunately I already have submitted it. Do you think it will be wise go raise a webform with notarized letter (amongst other documents & LOE) or do you think I should leave my application as is? The fear is at the point of verification she might get in trouble from the company. I’m abit confused on what to do. PS. I had raised a webform before. AOR Oct 31st 2020.

Please I’ll be very happy to get ideas from you all in your wisdom. @legalfalcon & every other wise person here, what do you think ? Please help me, time’s ticking: My senior colleague recently requested I don’t submit the letterhead she signed cos she’s not authorized to sign letter head (She forgot ). Unfortunately I already have submitted it. Do you think it will be wise go raise a webform with notarized letter on a plain paper from her instead (amongst other documents & LOE) or do you think I should leave my application as is? The fear is at the point of verification she might get in trouble from the company. I’m abit confused on what to do. PS. I had raised a webform before. AOR Oct 31st 2020.

You have to get the letter from her and get that Notarized from Notary Public. Raise that as webform and submit the revised notarized letter. Hope this helps.

Thank you so much, this does. I hope it won’t affect my application & make it look suspect?
