Hi, May I know if are you still in CN covid pace group according to your recent GCMS?
Hi where do I look for that covid pace group info? I have seen people's posts here about it. My notes are
96 pages long, and I read through the whole thing about 5 time already, but I could have missed it
as it is very confusing to understand.

A11.2: Review Required R75: FSW MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS-APPEARS MET R76: SELECTION CRITERIA - FSW POINTS/FUNDS: APPEARS MET FSW points total: 76 ready to finalize RPRF: Complete

Can anyone comment on what this part in my GCMS notes means?? Please. What does R75 mean? What does RPRF mean? I really appreciate your help in this. @caipsnotes @legalfalcon
RPRF = Right of Permanent Residence Fee. Complete means they’ve received payment from you.

R75
  • 75 (1) For the purposes of subsection 12(2) of the Act, the federal skilled worker class is hereby prescribed as a class of persons who are skilled workers and who may become permanent residents on the basis of their ability to become economically established in Canada and who intend to reside in a province other than the Province of Quebec.
RPRF - Right to Permanent Resident Fee
The Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) is paid by permanent resident applicants when their applications are approved. Permanent residence status is not granted until the RPRF is paid.

See if this note is by a CPA or an officer.

It is interesting to see in myimmitracker.com that a few outland FSW candidates from june, july are receiving COPR yet most cases from jan and feb are still in process.

I really hope that there is something wrong in how these cases are reported on myimmitracker (e.g. they are in Canada at the moment or similar). It would be outrageous if they are actually going through new applications while the old ones (like mine and many others) are sitting there waiting to be picked up.

Yes technically you can apply/get a study permit while holding a PGWP, though not sure why anyone would.
Your PR application itself doesn't give you any status. Until you receive your COPR, your status is still temporary and what allows you to stay at Canada is your PGWP, not your PR application.
Thanks so much! I also contacted CIC and confirmed this.

Well well well !!! - I called IRCC post my ghost update and the rep mentioned - Everything has passed - just that they have to make the final decision.

Before this I had criminality pending for which I had given biometrics on Oct 7.

Oh man !!! Let this ordeal end soon.

CEC Inland - AOR FEB 16 - Bio Oct 7

Just called and same situation here. Everything passed. Waiting for final decision. :)

I had the same thought but from what i have seen in nov 2019 AOR group thread is that their medicals are getting auto renewed for a year minimum
Hi @Vixz879 Can you also tell how much time it took for the medical of those applicants to change to "passed" again after they first changed from passed to "not needed" (approx. time)

Hi Thanks so much! @legalfalcon This note was made by a case analyst. There is no note by an officer.

Can you please let me know in a plain language what the part below means? I have been looking at it since yesterday
trying to figure it out, but I think I am going to end up mad if I do it any longer.
